It is crazy to think that there is only one month left before the start of December. Christmas is coming quickly and the weather is certainly headed in that direction. While it may be seven weeks before winter officially arrives, yesterday it reared its ugly head where I live in northern Ontario, Canada. We had our first snowfall and a day later the ground is still covered with at least 5 cm of snow!!! Since we can have snowfall up until the last week of April (and on rare occasion fluke storms even in May), it is WAY too soon for snow to be sticking around. It certainly reminds me that I'll soon be needing a selection of Christmas and other December Holiday cards. While I have very few created, I hope that most of you have already created a good portion of the number you will need. And, whether you are continuing your stash or just starting, we'd love to have you join us and add your cards to our Link Up for a chance to win some goodies!
If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I created it under the 'Introductions' tab and all the details you need to know in order to participate, by checking out the 'Challenge Details' tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). For your convenience, a summary of the most important rules can be found in the right sidebar under the heading 'Basic Rules Summary'.
Right now, time to get down to the business of our latest challenge. Here is what you need to know...
Challenge #59
Optional Twist: Red & Green
If you want the chance to win this month's featured paper pack, be sure to use the colours RED & GREEN prominently in your design.
Keep in mind though, that you don't need to follow the twist to link up your cards and earn a free paper each month or for a chance to win a $12.00 gift voucher to the Imagine That Digistamp store. You simply need to follow the twist if you'd like a chance to win this month's featured digital paper pack, Misc. Textures: Red & Green.
