Challenge #77: Opt. Twist…GNOMES

Welcome Christmas Crafters! It is the first day of a brand new month and time for our latest link up. I hope that you and your families continue to stay healthy during this difficult time in our lives. Let's hope that we'll be out of this crisis soon!

While Christmas may still be several months away, it is never too early to get started on all the Christmas and other December Holiday cards you are going to need when December finally rolls around! Whether you are just embarking on getting a start to your stash or you already have a few cards completed, we'd love to have you join us and add your cards to our Link Up for a chance to win some goodies!

If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I created it under the Introductions tab and all the details you need to know in order to participate, by checking out the Challenge Details tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). For your convenience, a summary of the most important rules can be found in the right sidebar under the heading Basic Rules Summary.

Right now, time to get down to the business of our latest challenge. Here is what you need to know...

Challenge #77

 Optional Twist: GNOMES

If you want the chance to win this month's featured paper pack, feature ONE OR MORE GNOMES on your card.

Keep in mind though, that you don't need to follow the twist to link up your cards and earn a free paper each month or for a chance to win THREE images from this month's sponsor, Sheepski Designs. You simply need to follow the twist if you'd like a chance to win this month's featured digital paper pack, Gnome for the Holidays (you can see a preview for this set by clicking HERE).

Talking about Sheepski Designs, it is time to refresh ourselves with the details of this returning sponsor…

Hi I'm Andrea Norris, creator and owner of SheepSki Designs - living in Leeds, Yorkshire in the UK, working full time as a Management Accountant, currently working on 4 design teams and an obsessive crafter and creator of cards. I love anything arty. I've always drawn stuff, for as long as I can remember. In my younger days I sold a few watercolour paintings. I love creating canvases mixed media canvasses with flowers.
I finally found software I could gel with in December 2015. January 2016 a challenge team I worked on was short of a designer's images to create with so I drew some. I opened my shop a month later so I could sponsor challenges and give something back to the crafting world, to the lovely ladies who have supported me on my journey.

I've a Facebook group and blog where I hold challenges and I'm now starting to look at inviting guest designers.

Welcome to my world!

Now check out what the Sleigh Belles came up with to inspire you. Clicking on the DT names will take you to the individual blogs where you can check out the specific details for all these wonderful cards. Helen will be taking this month off.

If you are interested in purchasing the sponsor's image featured in a particular creation, you can click on the link indicated below the card to head to the page in the Sheepski Designs store where it can be found.

So what are you waiting for? It is time to link up your Christmas and other holiday cards for May

Please remember that this is a CARDS ONLY link up. While we've had some lovely tag entries, ornaments and other creative projects in the past, we've sadly had to disqualify them.

If you would like a say in determining which digital paper will be offered to those who link up a minimum of two cards this month, be sure to vote in our poll. Click HERE to head there now.

If everything goes according to plan, our winner announcement for Challenge #76 will be posted between the 10th and the 18th. Be sure to also join us again on May 15th, for our midway post when the Merry Maidens will be here to share their amazing cards featuring items from Sheepski Designs. Other special posts may be published throughout the month. Be sure to sign up to have our posts delivered by email or follow us through Bloglovin' so you don't miss a thing!
