Hello there to all our Christmas crafting friends!  I hope that you and your families continue to stay safe and healthy out there in your various locations in our world. Egad, I can't believe I'm still so far behind in the winner announcements. It doesn't help that my dad is currently in the hospital with a broken humerus and wrist and my mom is alone at home. We live quite a distance away from them so I've been spending a lot of extra time on the phone as a result! I did manage to get this announcement done and if luck is with me, I just might get another one done before the end of the year...but I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for it! 🫢

Welcome back crafters! It is the 15th of the month and that means it is time for the midway of our current challenge. I hope that you and your families all continue to stay well in the various regions that you reside.

 

Right now, as we are halfway through the month of September, it is time to see what the Merry Maidens have been up to! Clicking on the DT names will take you to the individual blogs where you can check out the details for both of these wonderful cards.

 

So if you haven't entered already, what are you waiting for? It is time to link up your Christmas and other holiday cards for September. Below you will find a refresher of the details for this challenge.

Please remember that this is a CARDS ONLY link up. While we've had some lovely tag entries, ornaments and other creative projects in the past, we've sadly had to disqualify them.

Challenge #126

  ANYTHING GOES with the 

Optional Twist: Circles & Squares

Our theme, as always, is ANYTHING GOES CHRISTMAS (or in celebration of other December holidays). If you want to challenge yourself, you can always follow our optional twist of Circles & Squares. To join in the twist, add at least ONE CIRCLE shape and ONE SQUARE shape to your Christmas card. For ex., your square could be the base of your card shape and your matting and image could be in the shape of a circle. Another ex., you could have the shapes in your choice of paper or even in the image itself that you might use. There are lots of ways to add circles and squares to your card.

Keep in mind though, that you don't need to follow the twist to link up your cards and earn a free paper each month or for a chance to win your choice of TWO Christmas or Winter themed mini kits of digital papers from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles. Following the twist is simply for fun and to challenge yourself if you'd like.
