Challenge #82: Opt. Twist…SNOW GLOBES

Welcome Christmas Crafters! Apologies for the delay in getting our challenge posted. I find myself battling my second infection in a year and it has taken a toll on me. However, I have finally managed to get our latest link up published. I hope that you and your families are staying well!

I also know that I owe you all a winner announcement. It is almost finished, I just need to add our choices for our Stocking Stuffers and I will get it posted as soon as I can manage.
Amazingly we are just a little over three months out from Christmas! Whether you are finally looking to get a start on your Christmas and other December Holiday card pile or you already have a number of cards completed, we'd love to have you join us and add your cards to our Link Up for a chance to win some goodies!
If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I created it under the Introductions tab and all the details you need to know in order to participate, by checking out the Challenge Details tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). For your convenience, a summary of the most important rules can be found in the right sidebar under the heading Basic Rules Summary.

Right now, it is time to get down to the business of our latest challenge. Here is what you need to know...

Challenge #82

 Optional Twist: SNOW GLOBES

If you want the chance to win this month's featured paper pack, be sure that your card features one or more SNOW GLOBES.
Keep in mind though, that you don't need to follow the twist to link up your cards and earn a free paper each month or for a chance to win THREE images from this month's sponsor, Pattie's Creations. You simply need to follow the twist if you'd like a chance to win this month's featured digital paper pack, Snow Globes (you can see a preview for this set by clicking HERE).
Talking about Pattie's Creations, it is time to refresh ourselves with the details of this returning sponsor…
I am an Internet Technology Professional and an Artist. I always dreamed of being an artist, but I found out quickly that I needed another field to support my family so I pursued a Degree in Information Technology. I love to use Adobe Photoshop and Fireworks to enhance my work. I just recently started selling my very own digital images and I am so excited to be here sponsoring this Challenge.

I created a character called Pattieboop and her cat named Allie. I have had so much fun coming up with different images so I also created a site to sell them. You can go to my store to find out more about Pattieboop & Allie. I know you will just love them when you see them.

Now check out what the Sleigh Belles came up with to inspire you. Clicking on the DT names will take you to the individual blogs where you can check out the specific details for all these wonderful cards.
If you are interested in purchasing the sponsor's image featured in a particular card, you can click on the link indicated below the card to head to the page in the Pattie's Creations store where it can be found.

So what are you waiting for? It is time to link up your Christmas and other holiday cards for October
Please remember that this is a CARDS ONLY link up. While we've had some lovely tag entries, ornaments and other creative projects in the past, we've sadly had to disqualify them.

If you would like a say in determining which digital paper will be offered to those who link up a minimum of two cards this month, be sure to vote in our poll. Click HERE to head there now.

If everything goes according to plan, our winner announcement for Challenge #80 will be posted as soon as possible and then the one for Challenge #81 will be posted before month's end as long as I can pull it off. Be sure to also join us again on October 15th, for our midway post when the Merry Maidens will be here to share their amazing cards featuring items from Pattie's Creations. Other special posts may be published throughout the month. Be sure to sign up to have our posts delivered by email or follow us through Bloglovin' so you don't miss a thing!

We look forward to seeing you participate!
