Challenge #79 Winner Announcement

Hello there to all our Christmas crafting friends!  I'm popping in today to share the winners and our top three Stocking Stuffers from Challenge #79 (Anything Goes Christmas). I hope that you and your families continue to stay safe and healthy out there in your various locations in our world.

July saw us with 127 entries added to our link up. That has to be a record for mid year! Right now, it is time to get on with the finding out who our winners are.

Are you one of those lucky peeps?! Let's find out!

***See Below***
We did things a bit differently in July. Last month's link up was technically just for fun as we didn't have a guest sponsor lined up. In lieu of a sponsor, I decided to offer up the mini paper kit for that month to THREE lucky winners. Additionally, those who linked up two cards during the month still earn the free digi paper available. To find out who won the paper kits, please check the Digital Papers section below. It just makes more sense to include the winners' names in that section.

Next, it is time to get on with showcasing the top three. With so many wonderful entries to choose from, it is always such a difficult task for the design team. For Challenge #79, Donna, Susan and Suze are presenting their favourite cards. So, without further ado, here are the Stocking Stuffers for July:

Congrats to our top three Stocking Stuffers! Kris, Treebug and Birgit, please grab a copy of the badge below for your blog.

Everyone who links up two cards each month is eligible to receive a free digital paper. Papers from last month have previously been sent out. If you were expecting one but haven't received it yet, please leave me a comment and I'll look into it for you.

The individuals who linked up a minimum of two cards each during the month of JULY qualifying them to receive the digital paper from that month, will receive the Blue Paillette Stripes Patterned Paper which received the most votes. I have included the preview of the paper, below...

To all of you who linked up during July, thanks ever so much! We are so happy to have all of you with us and hope that you'll continue to link up your holiday cards as you begin or continue to work on your stockpile for 2021!!! Papers will be sent to the email address that qualifying participants used when they added their cards to the Link Up, as soon as I can manage!

As mentioned above, since we had no sponsor for July, I'm giving away this month's paper kit to three individuals. Here is the preview for the full set...

Lazzie, as you linked up a minimum of two cards this month and were entitled to one of the papers from this set anyway, I'll just send out the full mini kit to you at the same time that I send out the individual paper to those who earned it this month.

Challenge #80 Midway: Opt. Twist…WARM WINTER WEAR

Welcome back crafters! It is the 15th of the month and that means it is time for the midway of our current challenge. I hope that you and your families all continue to stay well in the various regions that you reside.

Right now, as we are halfway through the month of August, it is time to see what the Merry Maidens have been up to with their fun images from All Dressed Up Stamps, our guest sponsor this month!

Clicking on the DT names will take you to the individual blogs where you can check out the details for all these wonderful cards. Granmargaret is sitting this month out.

If you are interested in purchasing the image featured in a particular card, you can click on the link indicated below the creation to head to the page in the All Dressed Up Stamps store where it can be found.

So if you haven't entered already, what are you waiting for? It is time to link up your Christmas and other holiday cards for August. Below you will find a refresher of the details for this challenge.

Please remember that this is a CARDS ONLY link up. While we've had some lovely tag entries, ornaments and other creative projects in the past, we've sadly had to disqualify them.

Challenge #80

 Optional Twist:

WARM WINTER WEAR

If you want the chance to win this month's featured paper pack, be sure that your card features WARM CLOTHING suitable for winter, either on its own, or being worn by a human or animal.

Keep in mind though, that you don't need to follow the twist to link up your cards and earn a free paper each month or for a chance to win TWO images from this month's sponsor, All Dressed Up Stamps. You simply need to follow the twist if you'd like a chance to win this month's featured digital paper pack, KNITTED TEXTURES 1 (you can see a preview for this set by clicking HERE).

If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I started it under the 'Introductions' tab. As this is a different kind of link up where we have both an Anything Goes Christmas or other December Holiday option AND an optional twist to follow, be sure to read all the details and rules you need to know in order to participate, by checking out the 'Challenge Details' tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). I have provided a summary of the most important rules in the right sidebar.

If you would like a say in determining which digital paper will be offered to those who link up a minimum of two cards this month, be sure to vote in our poll. Click HERE to head there now.

Talking about All Dressed Up Stamps, it is time to refresh ourselves with the details of this returning sponsor

Hi, my name’s Wendy, founder of All Dressed Up. I live in Nottingham UK with my husband and two children (my inspiration behind the characters) - in particular, my daughter who has kept me up-to-date with trends and all things digital. Day to day, I work as a textile designer working traditionally within childrenswear, fashion and interiors. Although my work is mostly digital, my work process remains hand-drawn which I hope comes across in my artwork.

All Dressed Up was created in 2013 as a place to share my digital stamps which back then was a whole new challenge for me. Since, I’ve been lucky to have discovered a whole creative community and welcomed the All Dressed Up design team who have been amazing to work with. Through our online community and Instagram, the team keep me on my toes to keep on drawing, creating and inspiring. My favourite thing is seeing how my characters are continually given brand new personalities!

On our Facebook and Instagram page we host regular tutorials, challenges (and freebies!) and is the real heart of our community. The stamps are available from the All Dressed Up Etsy shop which is continually updated on a monthly basis with lots of limited edition and seasonal stamps available in particular.

The All Dressed Up community is a friendly bunch (if I do say so myself!) and we would love for you to get involved, see your work and for you to share your stamping tips too! Do get in contact and be sure to visit our Facebook and Instagram pages to see what we’re creating at the moment.

Now check out what the Sleigh Belles came up with to inspire you. Clicking on the DT names will take you to the individual blogs where you can check out the specific details for all these wonderful cards.

If you are interested in purchasing the sponsor's image featured in a particular card, you can click on the link indicated below the card to head to the page in the All Dressed Up Stamps store where it can be found.
