Challenge #62 Midway: Opt. Twist…Winter Blues

Welcome back crafters! It is the 15th of the month and that means it is time for the midway of our current challenge.

As we are halfway through the month of February, it is time to see what the Merry Maidens have been up to with their lovely images from Sheepski Designs, our guest sponsor this month!

http://www.imaginethatdigistamp.com/index.html

Clicking on the DT names will take you to the individual blogs where you can check out the details for all these wonderful cards. There is a bit of a switch this month as Granmargaret who normally posts during the midway, instead joined us for the start and Donna, who normally shares during the start, joining during the midway. Pat, who is currently on leave, also found some time to join us this month as well.

If you are interested in purchasing the sponsor's image featured in a particular card, you can click on the link indicated below the card to head to the page in the Sheepski Designs store where it can be found.

So if you haven't entered already, what are you waiting for? It is time to link up your Christmas and other holiday cards for February. Below you will find a refresher of the details for this challenge.

Please remember that this is a CARDS ONLY link up. While we've had some lovely tag entries, ornaments and other creative projects in the past, we've sadly had to disqualify them.

Challenge #62

 Optional Twist: Winter Blues

If you want the chance to win this month's featured paper pack, be sure to create a card that features different shades of BLUES as the predominant colour palette. You can include other colours sparingly but the focus should be on blues.

Keep in mind though, that you don't need to follow the twist to link up your cards and earn a free paper each month or for a chance to win THREE images from this month's sponsor, Sheepski Designs. You simply need to follow the twist if you'd like a chance to win this month's featured digital paper pack, Winter Blues 1.

If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I started it under the 'Introductions' tab. As this is a different kind of link up where we have both an Anything Goes Christmas or other December Holiday option AND an optional twist to follow, be sure to read all the details and rules you need to know in order to participate, by checking out the 'Challenge Details' tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). I have provided a summary of the most important rules in the right sidebar.

If you would like a say in determining which digital paper will be offered to those who link up a minimum of two cards this month, be sure to vote in our poll. Click HERE to head there now.

Challenge #62: Opt. Twist…Winter Blues

Welcome Christmas Crafters! It is the first day of a brand new month and time for our latest link up.

Since it is only the second month of the year, I realize that the last thing that many of you want to do is think about Christmas right now but it is never too early to get started on all the Christmas and other December Holiday cards you are going to need when December rolls around! If the perceived speed at which last year flew by is any indication, it will be here sooner than we think!!! For those of you embarking on getting a start to your stash, we'd love to have you join us and add your cards to our Link Up for a chance to win some goodies!

If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I created it under the 'Introductions' tab and all the details you need to know in order to participate, by checking out the 'Challenge Details' tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). Right now, time to get down to the business of our latest challenge. Here is what you need to know...

Challenge #62

You can include other colours sparingly but the focus should be on blues (neutral colours such as black, white and skin coloured are perfectly acceptable as well).

Talking about Sheepski Designs, it is time to refresh ourselves with the details of this returning sponsor…

http://www.imaginethatdigistamp.com/index.html
Hi I'm Andrea Norris, creator and owner of SheepSki Designs - living in Leeds, Yorkshire in the UK, working full time as a Management Accountant, currently working on 4 design teams and an obsessive crafter and creator of cards. I love anything arty. I've always drawn stuff, for as long as I can remember. In my younger days I sold a few watercolour paintings. I love creating canvases mixed media canvasses with flowers.
I finally found software I could gel with in December 2015. January 2016 a challenge team I worked on was short of a designer's images to create with so I drew some. I opened my shop a month later so I could sponsor challenges and give something back to the crafting world, to the lovely ladies who have supported me on my journey.

I've a Facebook group and blog where I hold challenges and I'm now starting to look at inviting guest designers.

Welcome to my world!
