Challenge #70 Winner Announcement

Hello there to all our Christmas crafting friends!  I'm popping in today to share the winners and our top three Stocking Stuffers from Challenge #70. I hope that you and your families continue to stay safe and healthy during this difficult time in our lives. Sorry I didn't get a chance to post this before the midway. My mom was in the hospital 2 days shy a full month and my dad was alone during that time when he shouldn't be. As a result, I have been rather stressed, especially since we couldn't travel to go and help due to the pandemic. Thankfully mom was released on Friday afternoon and she and dad are back together under the same roof, though she still has a way to go before she is back to her version of normal.

October saw us with a wonderful 73 entries added to our link up. Right now, it is time to get on with the finding out who our winners are.

Are you one of those lucky peeps?! Let's find out!

Caroline, you are the winner of THREE images from Pattie's Creations, our guest sponsor for October (chosen by random.org based on all eligible entries).

Caroline, please send an email to the_12_moc_linkup {at} outlook {dot} com (or click HERE to bring the address up in your email program), with the subject, "12MoC Challenge #70 WINNER" to make arrangements to receive your prize. While I am currently caught up with all emails in this account, please note that it may take me a while to get back to you. Thank you for your patience. In the interim, please grab a copy of the winner badge below for your blog.

Next, it is time to get on with showcasing the top three. With so many wonderful entries to choose from, it is always such a difficult task for the design team. For Challenge #70, Helen, Susan, and Lisa (myself) are presenting our favourite cards. So, without further ado, here are the Stocking Stuffers for October:

Congrats to our top three Stocking Stuffers! Katrina, Jackie and Rachelle, please grab a copy of the badge below for your blog.

Everyone who links up two cards each month is eligible to receive a free digital paper. Papers from last month have previously been sent out. If you were expecting one but haven't received it yet, please leave me a comment and I'll look into it for you.

The individuals who linked up a minimum of two cards each during the month of OCTOBER qualifying them to receive the digital paper from that month, will receive the Strawberry Foil Textured Paper which received the most votes. I have included the watermark of the paper, below...

To all of you who linked up during October, thanks ever so much! We are so happy to have all of you with us and hope that you'll continue to link up your holiday cards as you start or continue to work on your stockpile for 2020!!! Papers will be sent to the email address that qualifying participants used when they added their cards to the Link Up, as soon as I can manage!

As always, we are going to have a random draw from all the entries that followed the twist and give out a set of six digital papers to one lucky individual. The papers are all made so why not have an extra prize! Here is the watermark for the full set...

Please remember that this is a CARDS ONLY link up. While we've had some lovely tag entries, ornaments and other creative projects in the past, we've sadly had to disqualify them.

Challenge #71

Optional Twist: FOR THE BOYS

If you want the chance to win this month's featured paper pack, in honour of Movember, create a card suitable for a MALE (if you are unfamiliar with what Movember is all about, please click HERE to learn about it).

Keep in mind though, that you don't need to follow the twist to link up your cards and earn a free paper each month or for a chance to win a $10.00 gift voucher to the Limited Runs store. You simply need to follow the twist if you'd like a chance to win this month's featured digital paper pack, Geometric Man (you can see a preview for this set by clicking HERE).

If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I started it under the 'Introductions' tab. As this is a different kind of link up where we have both an Anything Goes Christmas or other December Holiday option AND an optional twist to follow, be sure to read all the details and rules you need to know in order to participate, by checking out the 'Challenge Details' tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). I have provided a summary of the most important rules in the right sidebar.

If you would like a say in determining which digital paper will be offered to those who link up a minimum of two cards this month, be sure to vote in our poll. Click HERE to head there now.

Vote for November's Free Digi Paper!

Hey folks. It is the first of the month and that means our new Link Up has started. As such, it is time to vote on the digi paper from this month's paper pack that will be offered to those linking up two cards.

November's set is called Geometric Man. While the pack is more generic again this month, the colours are based on a holiday time palette that would be suitable for masculine cards. Check out the preview...

Everyone who links up a minimum of two cards during the month of November will earn ONE of the digital papers from this set. The specific paper up for grabs will be shown during the winner announcement post. Additionally, one random winner who has followed the twist will earn the full set of papers.

If you would like a say in determining which one of these papers will be offered to those who link up a minimum of two cards this month, be sure to vote in our poll below. If there is a tie or no votes are cast, an executive decision will be made as to which paper is offered.

DIGI PAPER POLL
Please click "like" to choose the ONE paper that you would like offered up to participants who link up a minimum of two cards during the month of November. Challenge #71: Opt. Twist…FOR THE BOYS

Welcome Christmas Crafters!  It is the first day of a brand new month and it is time for our newest link up. It is hard to believe that there are just a little under two months to go before the big day is here. Unfortunately, this year, Christmas for many will be much different than usual given the new restrictions and lockdowns coming into place in some areas in an effort to curb the continued spread of the virus and give our overwhelmed health care system a break. We certainly live in a much different world than we did a year ago, don't we?!

Whether you are finally looking to get a start on your Christmas and other December Holiday card pile or you already have a number of cards completed, we'd love to have you join us and add your cards to our Link Up for a chance to win some goodies!

If you are new to this unique challenge, you can find out the impetus behind why I created it under the Introductions tab and all the details you need to know in order to participate, by checking out the Challenge Details tab (both tabs located at the top of the blog). For your convenience, a summary of the most important rules can be found in the right sidebar under the heading Basic Rules Summary.

Right now, time to get down to the business of our latest challenge. Here is what you need to know...
